Refund policy

Refund and Upgrade Policy:
Customers have the option to either upgrade to the CAT20 model within 7 days of purchase, or trade in their original product for a $100 discount on the CAT20 model. If upgrading within 7 days, the price difference will be adjusted accordingly. If choosing to trade in after the 7-day period, the $100 discount will be applied once the trade-in item is received in good condition. All returns and trade-ins must meet our standard policy requirements for processing.
